Crashing when loading game

Hi! I bought this game a few days ago but still hasn't been able to play it. Everytime I'm going to start a game it crashes at 37% when loading. Has anyone had the same issue?

Okay. I created a new game and then it worked... But now I can't load that file

That sounds like it could be an issue with not being able to write to the saved_games folder. Assuming you're on a Windows system, try running the game with administrator privileges - first, go to the install folder:

Steam version: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Franchise Hockey Manager 5
Standalone version: C:\Program Files (x86)\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 5

And then right-click on fhm5.exe and select "Run as Administrator". If that's what's causing the problem, you should now be able to save and load games normally.

Not sure if that's the issue. I managed to load the game and after one season with Luleå in SHL I downloaded a FHM 5 megapack from steam. After the download I couldn't load the game again. Then I deleted the megapack but still can't load it.

I created a new save that is working as usual. The other is still not working. Would like to get it working again.

Can you upload the save that's not working? Instructions here. We'll see if there's any way to fix whatever's gone wrong with it.
