I have noticed that my minor league managers will teach players new positions if they are short on some positions. Is there anyway to have them taught without having to be short? wait...just had a thought i could go into the line up and put them in the position i want them to learn and see what happens <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" />
but if there is another way, would love to hear it thanks

The only thing you can do is to set them at the position yourself that you want them to learn and make sure you have minors set to human control.
