Can we revamp player morale a bit?

I love the aspect of morale being important in the game but I don't know how quantifiable it is or how much it really matters. The issue I see is all morale aspects are on a scale in editor of -500 to 500 except for Role on team is -5000 to 5000 and it seems like that ends up in whatever formula is used it dwarfs everything else. Where the issue is, is I have seen so many players that are 20 years old, drafted a year ago are pissed off that they are in the major leagues and overall are angry. Too many times I've drafted a guy, moved him through the minors at a decent pace (20 years old in A+ and comparable to his peers) and he's pissed off he's not in the majors.

Came to the forums to say this exact thing. I've noticed the problem is mostly with pitchers for some reason. Every year I'll have like 10-12 pitchers (mostly in the low minors) demanding an $817,500 major league extension. Especially if I'm running a low-budget team, I can't afford to keep all those players.
