The team I'm going against first is pretty similar as well, and the beefiest team in the league currently in terms of higher ranked cards.

My team's gonna look pretty stacked at first as well. Bought $40 in PP during beta and justified it by reminding myself I've gotten OOTP for less than $40 just about every time I've gotten it. I'm considering rolling with a second team that has no money ever put into it as well.

My adult grandsons that are gamers of non sport games put money in my Steam account as I detailed during Beta. My team will be looking stacked early too but I will not be apologizing for it

Since you mention grandchildren, I'll assume you're not the Durham Hipsters. They have 162 players and their lowest OVR is 79 on the active roster. I'll take his inactive roster with 7 gold and over 20 silver.

Give it a few weeks and everything will even out and the whales will be where they are supposed to be.

I have no idea who the Durham Hipsters are but I am not what the younger generation would call hip, not from Durham and I am a Texan and would never name my team that for those reasons

A hipster is a derogatory term for someone who only likes things until they become popular, so the inclusion of the word 'hip' is tongue-in-cheek if anything.

I am not sure even$40 can produce such a team. But clearly spending money makes a difference.

OOTP 19 will be running for a long time and eventually everyone who cares to will have top tier clubs. Way more fun to work on it incrementally and naturally, imo.
