OOTP Rookie Problem

This is the first time I have tried the OOTP series. I think it rocks! I have a couple problems I'm hoping someone can help me with. 1.I'm not sure where to go to find real MLplayer rosters, 2.and also how to install these once they are downloaded.

If someone can help me out I would appreciate it .
