Won Auction - Put player in lineup/player is gone now!

Jetzons is my User Name.
Team is LaPaz Tumbleweeds.
I auction bided and won RP Chad Green at 1422 PP. Player showed up in the inactive roster area, put into my active roster lineup and set pitching lineup. Logged off.

Logged back in a hour later and player is gone? It shows in my Bid History. My PP money spent is gone, so I did not get reimbursed.

Where did he go?
