online league related question

Is there any chance we'll see human online leagues work (in the future) the way PT runs?

One thing I'm enjoying about PT so far is the simplicity. Meaning everything is done from within the game. To submit your lineup you simply click a button. simulations run automatically. And when the sim is done the game updates itself.

No zipping files, downloading files, uploading files -- no uploading web pages, etc.

I understand server space is not free, so for this to work ootpd would need to allocate server space for these leagues. But I cant help but think if we could chat, trade, draft, and have everything automated from inside the game, it would make online leagues more appealing.

I wish the time and investment of the dev team was for exactly what your saying. Unfortunately, perfect team will make money quickly like every gimicky app my kids use.
Your idea only works to retain long term customers. That doesn't seem to be the focus right now.

I do hope that some of the new technology/process developed for PT will be used to improve online league play, if not I will be very disappointed.

EDIT: I came across confrontational and I apologize for that. Removing most of my comments except for the main crux of what I was trying to say:

If you want OOTP to be the best it can be, if you want the OP's suggestion to have a chance of coming to pass, then you should be embracing Perfect Team. If Markus and co. follow the standard they've set over the past 19 versions of the game, the money made from PT will be re-invested into the game, making the wishes of us long-time customers actually within reach. Dedicated servers for multiplayer was a pipe dream just a few versions ago. Now, that kind of idea isn't quite as far-fetched.

I could be wrong. They could be pulling a complete 180 and becoming the next EA. But they've given me no reason to doubt them yet, and I don't see why some people suddenly do.
