Team submissions after last sim of the day

I submitted my team after opening a bunch of packs to test the store feature

, and when I loaded up the game on my laptop this morning the lineup changes had reverted. It looks like the new players are there, but inactive, and players from the packs that I sold are gone. So it seems that it correctly has the people on the team that should be, but it doesn't have their correct status. Not a big problem, but didn't have time this morning to fix it up. Not sure how it would have handled it if I'd sold players that had previously been in my lineup.

Seems like the submission didn't go through for some reason. Could be a one time thing or not, hard to say.

If you check your settings screen, you can find info about your last submission and possibly an error code there. If you see one, what is it?

I'll check when I get home in a bit, but I'm guessing that info is lost because I left the game open and have the submit 1 minute before sim setting enabled. I'll try playing around with it tonight after the sims end as well.
