I think this is a lot better than the first one.

This review was fair and done by someone that played with OOTP5... and not by someone who opened the game.. and then closed it.

nice review, it would sell me on the game if I didn't already know about it.

I detect some bitterness. I have not read any reviews (saw at GameRankings that GameSpot posted a review.)

No bitterness... just the first review that was on UGO.com was not fair to OOTP. It mentioned things that were not true... this one is much more accurate on the information about the game.

If this is your philosophy, then what do you care what Kurtis R. thinks? I don't think Mr. Kurtis here is the one who needs to "get over" something- at least not on the basis of the content of this thread.

Well.. my first post is the truth is it not? You actually sat down and played the game for more than 5 minutes?

The first review was not justice for OOTP5 or you would have left it up there.

The second review IMO is a very good review... and like I said.. was done by someone that actually played the game.

Um, the PREVIEW is still there. Just shows how off-base you are, since you called the P-R-E-V-I-E-W a "review". (laugh)

Go to Recent PC Games at UGO.com - the preview is still there.

Overall a nice review...

That last sentence something about picking the wood skin because it goes well with the baseball motif just sounds strange to me for some reason.

Review / Preview... all in all.. you are critiquing OOTP5. I was just simply saying that your P-R-E-V-I-E-W was not done by a person who spent anytime with the game.

Your R-E-V-I-E-W however showed that you played the game.

I hope you're just joking, Mr. Falcon. I believe Kurtis was actually paying you a compliment.

If you're actually serious, I think you owe him an apology- either that, or your viciously self-righteous and obnoxiously self-serving reprehensible arse should be banned with vehement discrimination (or were it in the real world, swiftly kicked), as no fibre of my very being could possibly fathom that anyone could be so purposely arrogant and indiscriminately heartless. I pity you, sir.

whatever it was, it was terribly written and innaccurate. Other than that you did a fine job.

in the last couple of weeks, you've managed to post some of the most unprofessional posts from a game R-E-V-I-E-W-E-R that I've ever seen. spelling, though, has been top notch.

IMO we are best off abandoning that sinking ship that is Off Topic to the rats infesting it and just starting a whole new Baseball Forum from scratch.

You really are a twit! You have zero credibility on Usenet. Especially comp.sys.ibm.pc.games.sports where you are treated as a joke. Over here you are quickly becoming just as popular. What the hell is wrong with you? People are telling you that your latest review was pretty good. Yet instead of gratefully accepting that, and maybe saying thanks. You take offense cause people here feel that your previous review, wasn't correct on a few points. You really have some serious issues. Too bad, your writing skills are actually pretty good. However your people relation skills sucks the big one. Have a nice day!
