license key

I just purchased OOTP19 and when I enter the license key I get this error. I'm not really sure what to do about it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

do you have your license written down or old email saved? if so, unlicense and renew it and see what happens.

2 active licenses allowed at 1 time... so as long as you 'unlicense' first, it is not a problem.

even try re-install along with re-license if that doesn't work... it will not delete your saved-games directory, no worries. (remember to unlicense before you uninstall.)

don't unlicense anything until you know you have it safely written down or noted somewhere.

Thanks for the response NoOne. I ended up finding instructructions for an offline activation and was able to get it to work.
