Using Photos- small problem

I use photos of the players for my league. Some players photos such as Billy Williams of the Cubs does not appear in the game. I see the game lists him as Billy L Williams. I understand their reason, BUT my question is how do I get Billy L Williams face to appear in the game or lineups?

I also went into the photo section and renamed him Billy_L_Williams. Still no luck. ANY IDEAS-

A: Rename as Billy L_Williams. --OR--
B: Under the player editor screen, you can force a manual selection of the player photo.
