Ratings tab greyed out on game reload

Before I cut a ticket on this, I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas of getting around this issue I'm having.

I started a game last night and set up roles and tactics for my team. Everything worked as designed.This morning when I loaded the same game, the Ratings tab is greyed out. I can't think of anything I could have done to cause it.

Any clues?

I can't tell you how often this happens to me. As soon as I give up on chasing down an issue and post a question to some forum like StackOverflow, I remember something.

I set fog of war before shutting down last night. I must say I didn't expect the fog to be so thick!
