Wants to play for a winning team
I started the bidding for free agents and put out a bid for a starting pitcher who was happy with my bid...A team offered a better contact and I increased my bid shich the pitcher said was the best offer out there....Three rounds later a team offered a better contract and when i went back to bid again all of a sudden he wants to play for a winning team....very interesting that he would except all my previous bids...If I had known that he wanted to play for a winner I would have bid on a different player who has now accepted an offer from another team....very realistic considering players are so unpredictable and seem never to be happy

Interesting. I don't think I've ever seen that happen before. Did you sign anyone in the meantime or make any trades that would have made him re-evaluate your team? hehe
