Game still on sale?

I went to the store so I could purchase the game during the all-star game sale but I can't seem to figure out how to get the $19.99 price. When I get to the store is shows as $39.99 (see screenshot).

At the risk of exposing myself as a dummy, am I missing something? Is there a coupon code I should be using?

I'm seeing the same thing. No longer on sale on July 20th

It does appear, from what Markus posted regarding this sale earlier, that this is true.

I suppose the wording could be a bit confusing here. I take it he meant that once the calendar reached July 20th (don't ask me in what time zone), the sale was at an end. Rather than that July 20th was the last day of the sale. I could very well be wrong. That's just how I'm reading it now, especially in light of what you are finding at the website.
