Struggling to Get Headshots to Show Up

Hey everyone, I'm struggling to add the MLB headshots of players and coaches to the game. I've followed the instructions in the manual to make them show up globally, but when I go to start a game, no luck. Just to make sure I've uploaded the file path for where I stored the pictures. Does anyone know why this isn't working or have a solution?

I'm guessing they need to be under Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 19 folder instead?
