Foul ball injuries

Has anyone ever seen a batter or catcher get injured on a foul ball? I haven't seen this happen, but after the Yadier Molina injury a few weeks ago and seeing several batters hit foul balls into their own feet the past few nights, I thought maybe this is something for the development team to consider if it isn't already in play.

I know there are some that will complain that there are already too many injuries (not me personally as I think it feels about right), but for the record I'm not suggesting this become a way to increase injuries. I think it should just be a different way for injuries to occur with the overall rate of injuries remaining the consistent with the current setup. Any thoughts?
