Super new to the game, few questions

Hi, im super new to the game

gotta few questions, hopefully someone can help

1- can my little dude have a female face? id like to use my own but any face would work. i just wanna un-dude him lol. also, can i use female players?

2- can i start a league in any country, and is every country included? also can edit countries, like their names or cities.

3- can i limit my league by country? only players from that country, or even state?

4- are the default settings good to play or is there anything i should change? so far the finances settings seem the most complicated :/

5- are there user leagues that are smaller, with graphics?

1. You can import a photo file to use instead. Can easily use your own or anyone else.

2. Most if not all countries should be included, never checked to see but I'd assume so.

On how to edit the world_default.xml

3. By country Yes state no, unless you make that state a country

4. Change as little or as much as you like to suit your needs. Stick with the default at first and make changes slowly. Just always remember to make a back up in case you makes changes you don't like and you can change to your hearts content.

You can use facegen to create female faces. The demo works for OOTP.
