Personnel Reputation Changes

Wondering if anyone else has encountered this strange happening. My Personnel (Manager, Pitching, and Hitting Coaches) in my Minor Leagues changed from Good, Average, etc. to Inexperienced. I Hired a few new coaches mid-season (May/June). Various reputations (Good, Average), and when I checked on them in September, they had changed to Inexperienced.

All of them had between 10 - 15 years experience when I hired them.

I could understand reputations changing from Fair to Good, or even Good down to Fair or Poor (depending on performance). But once you are an experienced coach, how do you become inexperienced? Especially when the team had a good season.
