Unable to use historic ballparks files
Trying to use the historic ballparks from Silvam.
Have downloaded several. But every time I go to team settings-edit ballpark, whether I try to manually import date or auto-import, it tells me that the import failed. How do you do this once you have downloaded these files to the ballparks-models file? |

You may have to pause or exit your anti virus/firewall program to install stadiums. An aggressive antivirus will try to quarantine or block files. Also make sure your stadium folder is setup correctly. Extract the file from silvam to a temporary location and then move it to the models folder.

Thank you. I don't seem to be able to do that last thing you mention. I do save it to my desktop for example, then open it, but when I do, I don't see how to move it - assuming that I need to move only either the file labelled "park" or the one ending in "obj." - correct? This is what I see: |

Moving files is a basic Windows function. There are multiple ways to move files since some like using the mouse and others use the keyboard shortcuts. Click on the Windows Explorer. Navigate to your models folder. ex) Z:\OOTP Baseball 19\data\ballparks\models.
Using the mouse.left click on the yankee stadium folder on your desktop. Hold the left mouse. Drag and drop the folder to the blank area on the top of the 'models' window. This will copy the folder. Make sure it's listed in the models folder. Then delete the yankee stadium folder from your desktop. Start the game. Select the yankee stadium as your 3D park by selection the OBJ file. |

I’d say wait for OOTPD to make Add On Central work but it seems they’re more interested in building “partnerships” with the likes of Joey Bagodonuts at DraftKings.

Italy, just unzip directly to the ballparks/models folder. When you download them, they’ll be zipped. Just unzip the zipped file directly to the models folder.
Then, in your league, go to the league Edit ballparks function...not the team one. Then pick your team, and in the upper right under actions select manually add ballpark and navigate to and select the .prk file in the park folder you unzipped.
