Run Full Re-Scouting
In the "Global Settings" menu, there is an option to click on "Run Full Re-Scouting". If I want to stick with the default ratings, do I still need to click this or no?

It basically forces both your scout and OSA to run a new report on everyone. If you haven't changed anything you shouldn't need to do it.
