Sorting madness

I've played OOTP for nearly 10 years, and I have no idea how this hasn't been fixed yet. Why, for the love of god, when you have a list sorted by OSA scouting, and you click on a player to look at his profile, then return to the previous screen the list is sorted by your scout again. So say I'm trying to make a trade and I'm looking through the other team's players. I sort by OSA, click on a player that catches my eye, return to the previous screen, then have to click on OSA scouting again and whatever column I want to sort by. It's just ridiculously tedious and time-consuming, how is the sorting not persistent?? This has been an issue every year by the way, this isn't new.

please no, for most people osa is worse than your head scout.. looking at them is like betting against the odds in vegas. i guess if it just sticks to what you click, it's not a problem.. but you can get more wins over time if you use a good scout.

the roi of a good scout and scouting budget will far exceed using the OSA and a small amount of money saved.

I find it useful to compare OSA to my scout. Try to trade away guys OSA likes and my scout doesn't and the opposite for bringing players in.

This bugs me also. Sorting based on OSA is very useful if you use it properly.

osa doesn't tell you how the ai GM views the player, though. it's its own exclusive ratings and less accurate than yours and probably a good portion of ai gm's too.

i shoudln't have said "no please" though.. i admit that was wrong of me... it wouln't affect anyone who doesn't click it. it's reasonable for it to remain consistent.

I noticed that the other day as well and it was bugging me. I was drafting and was far enough in the draft where according to my scout there were a hanful of 30 potential players left, a dozen 25s, and the rest were 20s. However according to OSA there were some 40s and 50s left and at that point it made sense to pick up a couple players OSA liked, except I got so annoyed with the game switching back to my scouts ratings that I gave up on the idea after taking only one guy with that strategy.
