Bring "Historical" options into our Fictional worlds

For those of us who play fictional OOTP and have build great teams inside that fictional world, I would love to be able to bring my fictional teams into "Historical Exhibition". To be able to create little tournaments with my great teams from the past would be incredible. You see, (to me) those fictional teams are just as real as MLB teams are. I have multiple HOFers which I would love to see play again.

Another suggestion would be to bring players or teams (from our fictional world) into a "Standard" or "Historical" game. I would love to see my fictional guys go up against current or past teams or leagues.

interesting idea. never thought of it that way. Wonder if it's even possible with current set-up somehow?

It just might bring fictional play to a whole new level.

I haven't tried it but I think Matt said somewhere in one of the discussions about the improved tournaments in 19 that if we had saved each season as a quickstart and then added that quickstart to our game in progress we could add those teams to tournaments, etc. Pretty labor-intensive, mind you, and as I said I don't know if it'll work in practice.
