Think this is a cool feature from Football Manager that could be implemented. Players and Coaches alike would have this. They could have them from regeneration (by the researchers in MLB quickstart, or random, player grew up idolizing Bryce Harper, Jose Bautista, a kid from Toronto admiring the Blue Jays) or through gameplay. Having a dynamic feature like this I think would add alot of fun to the game. Thoughts?
