Game Freeze when changing who controls strategy when starting game

Description: If the user selects a different strategy manager when attempting to start a new game(spring training) the game freezes and stops responding.

Preconditions: Load or start a new league.

Equipment: Windows 10 64bit, Alienware 15 laptop

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on the "Play" menu and select "Play game @" [team].
2. Wait for the game start up screen to load.
3. Change who controls the Offensive Strategy by clicking in the drop down menu and selecting the AI manager.

Expected results: User should be able to continue to select strategy managers and start the game.

Actual results: OOTP 19 freezes and no longer accepts input from mouse.

It appears that the bug described above is limited to the "Windowed" mode. When run in Full Screen the freeze is not present.

Same issue here...when I go to "Full Screen", game zooms in to top corner/25% and is again unplayable

Same problem. I can't play a single live game, and full screen is broken too. Tried restart, reinstall, etc. doesn't help.
