making a league where historical players can be used in the inaugural draft

I have played OOTP 16 and I remember being able to set up a league where all players from 1900 to the current year were available in the inaugural draft... I cannot figure out how to do it in the current version OOTP 19. Could someone please give me the steps on how to do so? Best I could come up with so far is fictional characters. I would like to play with a "All Time All Star league". Thank you in advance.

Select create a historical league. Pick the year you want to start. Third box down will say use random players/rookies from all eras...or something close to that. Put a check in that box. You can also decide your minimum and maximum years. If you want only players from 1900 and later, put 1900 in the minimum spot.
