Color change?

Is there a way to change the team color that shows on the scoreboard and player info display when playing out a game? See below for an example of what I mean. As far as I can tell, the color used for this does not always correspond to the team color that can be set on the relevant team page.

I just asked this same question in the Mods forum. I recall a past version that came out like this, but they were able to add a patch that allowed us to have both team colors on the scoreboard/field.

Hopefully they can do this again.

There might be restrictions for MLB games. It works fine in fictional leagues.

I believe it's due to MLB licensing rules.

I just started a 1924 season and mine doesn't have any color there at all. It's all gray with white text for both teams.

Update. Ok. Cool. I found the setting on the game options page.

I've figure this one out. When you start to play out a game, select the Game options menu in the upper right corner. In the middle column of the resulting display there is an option called Player labels color. The default setting is Automatic, but if you instead select Team Background, you will get the team background color, which you can modify through the team settings editor.

I have found that this option provides for more colorful and more fitting options in the on-field displays and in the scoreboard displays.

Yes they added this in the last patch and it looks great in game and when viewing the out of town scoreboard.
