Text to Speech Problem

Hope someone can help.

I have text to speech activated on my Windows 10 laptop but can’t get it to work in OOTP 19 - particularly the play by play text. Any guidance on what I am doing wrong would be appreciated. I am using the modern 3d animated view if that is any help.

Did you set it in the options during the game? You enable it via the sound setting once you are in a game.
