Please help with 2 screen formatting q's

Hi all, love the game so far. Two questions, first, in years past, the main screen I would use across the bar where it says 'Manager's Office' etc, there would be a tab to click that took you straight to the lineups and pitching staff pages. Was this taken out? Do I need to put it back in somehow? None of the tabs there besides the MO is important to how I play.

Secondly, Is there a way to fix my full screen page? The top part of the screen is cut off. Currently, I cant see the search player function and in a game, I dont see the top part of the game options

What is your screen resolution? It seems very low, which means you won't get much to fit on the screen.

The tool bar on the right side of the screen gets you to numerous pages. It can be moved from the file settings screen.
