Game hangs when trying to unlicense

I'm guessing this probably because the license servers are swamped ATM, but I need to reinstall Windows and I'm having trouble unlicensing my copy of '18 (and 17, and 16). I click the "Yes" button to deactivate the license and then...nothing. The game just sits there. No error, just...sitting there.

Anybody else run into this?

I'll try this tonight with my 16 install and let you know

well, I got an error that OOTP was unable to release the license on the server. Was pretty instantaneous...no significant delay to speak of. This was OOTP16 for what its worth.
