Would love to see HS Rules and NCAA Rules as an option...PLEASE READ MARKUS!!

I would love to have HS Rules and NCAA Rules at least for an option for OOTP.

I do not think you need much more than this, I do not think you even need to go as crazy as redshirts or anything.... Here are a full simple rules, to make the leagues easy.

Version 1 - Rules and Framework - Many more tweaks can be made down the road. Some of this you can do now, some take a simple fix by the crew!

1) High School
1) Created Age Random 14-15
2) Max Age 18 or 19
3) Max Playing years - 4
4) Available for Draft AT MAX Age or MAX Playing years (So 18-19)

2) College
1) Created Age of 18-19
2) Max Age 23
3) Max Playing years - 4
4) Available for Draft at 1 YEAR BEFORE MAX AGE or AFTER 3 Playing years. NCAA RULES state once a players enters NCAA, they can not be drafted until their Junior year. This is why HS Kids have a choice NCAA or MLB Draft.

THIS IS BARE BONES - If you did just above, we could run a true HS and NCAA FEEDER SYSTEM, really only #3 is needed for both HS and College for this to work.

Small Nice to haves.
1) Allow HS Players to FEED INTO NCAA if they do not declare for draft.
2) Show Class in their BIO (FR,SO,JR,SR)
3) INSTEAD OF SHOWING Minor League Contract, show Amatuer
