bleachercreature Major Leagues Join Date: Oct 2002 Location: New Jersey Posts: 403	personnel ratings Was the time taken to go through the personnel and do any kind of ratings? To me, (in a short sample size so far) I have to say no. For example, I defiantly disagree with Dombrowski being rated a fair GM. Again, in a limited sample size, I think there are too many guys rated 'inexperienced' or 'unproven'
