Simple Mod Install Questions

Last week, I really screwed up my installs and corrupted the game.

Now, I have properly re-installed it and do not want to make any mistakes.

1) The OOTP19, OOTP19 dark and OOTP19 classics are already listed in the Add-on Central when go there. Do I need to install those or are they already in the game version 19 I just bought?

2) I want to add ballparks and photos. Should I wait until they pop up on Add-on Central? I'm guessing they will appear with the other three mentioned above when they are ready. Or can I install those from what I can find in ootpmods.com/mods/ootpmods18.xml? I installed those last week and that's where my troubles started although I may have done installs incorrectly.

I want to keep this simple but enjoyable with photos and ballparks.

I LOVE THE PLAYER ANIMATIONS!
