Way to Track Division/Conference/League Titles

I would like for the History of teams to account for Division Titles or Conference Titles. We can see the League Pennant Winners, but I would like to see the division winners also somewhere.

I use an NCAA feeder system and would like to have the conference champions (division winners in OOTP) listed in the history.

Or in my Major league seeing a team rip off 13-14 straight division titles like the Braves did.

Same here even batting titles, ERA titles ect
