Calculating Ratings from Stats?

I'm trying to make an OOTP 18 version of the adult baseball league I play in. I want to calculate everyone's ratings based on their previous season's stats, but I don't want to have to go through every single player and edit their stats one-by-one. I want to be able to bulk calculate and then import the roster with the updated ratings. Does anyone know a way that I would be able to do this, be it some sort of mod or formula that I could use to translate the stats into player ratings?

If you set it up as a database with the stats you can import it and it will give you the ratings in the game.

Are you talking about the .odb files that I can import? How would I even go about making one of those? If you're talking about the SQL or MySQL database files, how do I go about reimporting those?
