Online league for the micro-managers

I know I'm going to catch flak for double posting, but I posted this in the online forum.

I'm interested in starting a league with an emphasis on the complete organization. The AI is less than ideal with managing their organization and I want to find GM's that are interested in all a levels in order to create a realistic GM experience.
