We are an OOTP 18 league that began play in October 2016.
We are just starting our 5th season, and have a good core of active GMs.

Midland has tons of cap space in a loaded FA market and has the #1 overall pick
State College has been a perennial powerhouse, one of three teams to make the playoffs every season and have cap space to add FA

Very solid league with an active Slack community and both dedicated GMs and commish.

2 teams available this offseason. We're at arbitration now.
Mexico City has the #1 overall pick this next draft and has several players in MVP consideration.
Thunder Bay have the Rookie of the Year and 3 of the top rookie pitchers and in a division that is very winnable.

If someone joins, we're open to allowing them to relocate the team (We try to keep it to minor leagues or collegiate summer league teams)
