Two Suggestions

One thing I think OOTP really needs to address is making it more clear if a batter hits from the left or right side of the plate. I know it shows on the offensive team lineup. I know it shows on the batter info box. It also shows on the teams quick box score. Oh and it also shows on the players on field info box. That being said, I often have no clue if my hitter is right or left handed. Maybe each time we hit the spacebar or select hit away, the screen could flash in strobe like fashion right handed or left handed for like five or six minutes.

I'm also in favor of more lighting changes during the game. Mainly because the transition from day to night adds so much to the game on the broadcast screen. I love earthquakes!

Ummm, April Fools is in a few months - you are kidding right when you say strobe light flashing for 5-6 minutes?

Yeah, bad sarcasm is bad sarcasm. Will never understand why RHB and LHB was added to the on field info box. Drives me nuts seeing so many names bleed out of the box. It's ugly. Most of all the RHB and LHB is completely unneeded, as we have so many other places to see that info already. Just another reason I continue to play 16.

Wow that seems like such a small thing to be inconvenienced by to the point of avoiding the entire update. I guess we each have our own pet peeves.

As I said, just another reason. In my original post I also brought up the earthquake shakes. There's another reason. The spinning cursor, there's another reason. The jerky on field presentation, there's another reason. Add all this to the fact that nothing has been added to the historical game (if anything it's taken a step back) and I simply prefer 16. I have every version of OOTP since 12 on my PC. OOTP17 was the first version I removed completely. I still use 18 to fast sim.
