transferring seasons from Mac to PC

Is possible to transfer a season completed or in progress from a Mac to a PC...I figure I would check before I do something irreversible.

Should be possible, just grab the entire .lg folder.

Nothing irreversible unless you delete the folder from the Mac instead of copying it.
