OOTP 18 mentioned on Two Year End Lists
OOTP 18 is listed by both Red Bull, PC Gamer.
https://www.redbull.com/gb-en/best-s...-the-year-2017 http://www.pcgamer.com/the-best-sports-games-on-pc/ Gamespot however didn’t even make mention: https://www.gamespot.com/genre/sports/pc/ |

Seems like Metacritic may have revamped their best of year criteria this year. Lossy year OPTP won with only seven critic reviews. This year, there are only five reviews, but the scores still garner a very respectable avg of 87/100. With a score like this, OOTP should still be receiving mention as one of the top games of the year. It seems metacritic is demanding more reviews now before allowing this. I can’t help but think this is likely due to OOTP 17 last year.

My guess is that they don't want things winning with a small number of reviews because it makes it easier for creators to "fake" reviews from their loyal subjects... er I mean forum members ![]() |

So how do we get more established “professional” reviewers to rate OOTP?
