Historical Career Questions

I am thinking about starting my first ever historical career. Wondering how a few things work.

If I start back in the 60's or so, do all the future changes automatically update along the way as I sim through the decades? Like as teams change their logos or uniforms? Do team expansions happen as in real life...Rockies and Marlins and what not.

Also, historical facegens or all in one mods?? Im not one to mess with the game out of the box, but would like accurate pics of players and logos if needed. If I download a mod, does it mess with any of the current logos or facegens for 2017 that come with the game?

If you turn on automatic expansion and historical transactions they will.
I think historical transactions will turn on automatic expansion.
However some things would be turned off like trades.
You also can't use historical transactions for 19th century leagues.

I would advise setting up different type of leagues and save a backup of each. Then play each each league and experiment with what you like or don't like.
