Strategy Profiles

How are the strategy profiles (managers & gms) incorporated into game? For example, how do I use the Lou Piniella strategy to manage a team in my fictional league?

You have to be the MGR, you can not have say Joe Smith as your MGR and use a strategy profile. To use it just import the profile. i always use TLR

you can edit a manager to match the strategy. that would be the same thing too. you can "lock" team strat and not worry bout the coach's as another option.

need comissioner mode on for the first, not sure on the latter.. maybe GM-Legacy Mode enabled?

whats TLR? am i having a premature senile moment?

right after that post, i saw another thread about old baseball games. tlr was mentioned and i put 2 and 2 together to make 5... i get there... it just takes a little longer.
