Help with Minor League Pitchers and Coaches

I've just completed my first year (2016 STL). The calendar is November 12. How do I designate minor league starting pitchers? The entire league shows only relief pitchers in the minors for all teams. Also how do I hire minor league coaches? Whenever I try to make an offer, the menu only lists the major league team and I can't seem to be able to change it to make an offer for a minor league team. Thank you.

How do I designate minor league starting pitchers? - You can right click on the player and there is a menu option to 'Set Position' and in there you will see Starting Pitcher (or Starter). Just note that if your have the minor league managers making their lineups/pitching staff, they could override your changes.

To sign minor league coaches, go to Front Office on your Team's Page and then click on Personnel and you will see your entire system's coaches and any Vacancies. Just click on the VACANT link and it will take you to the available coaches and then you can offer jobs.

I am now able to change the pitchers to starters. Thank you. Still unable to solve the minor league coaches issue. The only things on my Front Office - Personnel screen are related to the major league team. Nothing appears for the minor league system.

I'm playing 18, but it looks like my minor league system has been wiped out from all teams.

did you turn off full coaching model? review settings or any recent changes.

i think some coaches will not accept mil jobs? that may be the reason, but if it's uniform in this behaviour, that is not correct.

front office or in menu at top under gm actions or somethign similar.. multiple ways to get there.. click on Vacancy in personnel page.

if all else fails, assign some coaches and see if it's a temporary blip... if it continues to happen it's likely in teh settings or somethign is off.
