Adding a server

I have not been able to add ootpmods as a server in 18. Whenever I try I get the following error. Does anyone know what this is and how I can fix it?

Are you sure you're using the correct URL for OOTP 18?

I'm not sure of anything. I have tried to go to ootp mods and just copy and paste. That produces the above error. I have tried just putting in ootpmods.com and that does nothing. like it doesn't even process the request. So when you say correct url for 18 are we speaking the same language? Not being sarcastic here. I really don't know.
