qcbandits Banned Join Date: Dec 2012 Location: South Carolina Posts: 1,441 Infractions: 0/4 (4)	New Staff positions I'd like to see a position above the GM added. Call it president of operations or something along those lines. The real life game of baseball seems to be evolving again. So many powerful GMs are being promoted to these types of positions and still make the major decisions for their franchises while someone else gets the title of GM in order to keep that person from quitting for another job. Teams that I can think of off the top of my head, Cardinals, Reds, Cubs, Dodgers and Athletics
