Hi,
i am unable to change the time of reporting on my scouts. I have all my scouts on permanent but after the first season or the update the report back every box don't stick when i change from 2 to 8 weeks.

Yeah, something's going wrong there. I was able to get it to stick once, but every other time I tried it reverted back.
