Playoffs for custom league

Hello, I'm not sure if this has already been noted, but I did a 20 team custom league with a 68 game schedule. For playoff setting I did 4 teams for each conference (8 total). I just got to the first years playoffs and they put 2 teams from conference 1 and 2 teams from conference 2 in the same side of the bracket. Same on the other side of the bracket. So now both semi finals I have a team from each conference going against each other. Is there a way I can fix this? Is this a bug?

It seems like it should be obvious for each conference to play each other in the playoffs and then the winner of each conference meet each other in the finals.

Yes, that's a bug. No fix for it yet, but it's on the list so it should get looked at soon.
