Good guides for FHM4?

I've played OOTP baseball a bit but first time playing FHM4.

Thinking about starting with a team during an expansion draft in either 1967 (as North Stars) or 1970 (as the Canucks).

But really just looking for a noob guide to get started.

Read the manual, that's the best guide out there that I've found at least. There's still a bit of a learning curve, but the manual will make it easier.

For 1967 expansion draft, do I need to start in 1966? I tried 1970 as the Canucks and no draft was held (for the 1970 expansion).

Yes, you'll need to sim through the 1966 season if you want to redo the expansion draft. Otherwise you get what the team actually was.
