2017 minor league stats not appearing after Expansion?
Has anyone experienced an issue where after starting an expansion franchise, the 2017 minor league statistics don't appear? It's already middle of May in my franchise and the last stats shown are still for 2016 across all levels.
![]() Also, my franchise seems to have been given two Low A- minor league teams rather than a Low A and an Low A-. Is there any way I could fix this? I'm assuming its not ideal to promote player directly from Low A- to High A in OOTP, right? Last edited by x McLovin x; 10-15-2017 at 02:15 PM. |

You have to generate schedules for all minor league teams when you expand. They don't have any stats because they aren't playing any games.

there's no difference between A and A - no high/low.
if you want two, go ahead and move the duplicated short a team to a division in the 2nd A-ball league... or remove it, then add one and name it the same -- for logos and such. definiteyl not much benefit from 2 Short A's regardless. if you have to do the latter, make sure to promote/demote all players off that team while removing/adding process takes place. as far as coaches, you can use comish mode to re-assign cost and term for contracts as well as zero out any accrued miscellaneous costs that would not have occured under normal circumstances (coach salaries from being fired, for example). |

Do you know how I can do that? I'm guessing this is done in "Edit League Schedule" within Functions tab under League Settings. Do I filter by each league and click "Generate Fictional Schedule" in the "Available Actions" dropdown? The other options are Clear Schedule, Export/Import to/from file, Report: Grid and Report: Evaluation. Also wondering what the consequences of doing this mid-season may be.

it has to be during the preseason? or ST too? check manual for exact details.
go to League Settings - Options (or rules, whichever has the scheduling stuff on right side of screen) drop-down box to select correct leauge/mil etc.. top-right on screen. then you need to generate a new scheduel -- if not in "available actions" simply click the "edit schedule" button and that option will be available on next screen in "available actions" if you made the changes before it generated the schedules for the year, it shouldn't be a problem -- i don't think. i recent;y removed 1 of my duplicate affiliates and that mil ran just fine. my team wasn't there, one division had a missing team etc etc. i didn't generate anythign, that i recall. yeah...
i even think in the league structure editor it is an option somewhere. probabyl 2-3 ways to get to it. -edit, belated: i was wrong above.. but on opening day a pop-up will remind you to create schedule for MiL leagues. i recently removed a few teams and experienced it first-hand.
