What happened to my game????

I had not played in a couple of weeks and now when I open my game it's acting all kinds of weird. The bar across the top where the back and forward arrow is is covered by the ootp18 bar. I've tried switching to full window and back to regular and it doesn't fix it. I play on a laptop and my tracer, like when I go to click to change defense, etc seems to be maybe 1/4 inch off. For instance I have to click 1/4 inch below what I'm trying to do. I can tell that's where the game is reading my tracer because the area highlights. Now the players all look like webelos, not little players. The functionality is terrible.

I have updated my computer to see if that addresses it, it does not. I uninstalled the game and re-installed it, still the same.

Help?

The strip over where normally the forward/back arrows and team/record info is white and says Out Of the Park Baseball 18, but when I screenshot it, it isn't there. UGH.
