Amatuer Draft Real Players to What Season

How many season does the OOTP 18 game generate real players for the 1st year player drafts ? At what point (what season) does it changeover to fictional players ? 2020 ? 2021 ?

I just did my draft in the 2019 season and it still had quite a few real players. Players that were drafted in 2015 and 2016 out of high school but didn't sign and went to college instead. I imagine the 2020 draft will have no real players but there could be a few.
